Do I need to create an account?
No. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, and no email required. The app has no concept of "user" — it works entirely on your device.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. The examination of conscience, journal, examen prayer, prayer library, and confession guide all work entirely offline. Only the daily Gospel reading reference requires a network connection.
What does the app do that a printed examination of conscience doesn't?
It remembers privately, encrypts everything, and walks you through the rite in the confessional — including expanding the Act of Contrition full-screen at the moment you need it. A booklet can prepare you. The app comes with you.
